We headed down to the estate on the weekend and we were so surprised to see how many houses had gone up in such a short time. The road past our block was all dug out and we went for a walk and stood about where we will be living very soon. We have also decided that a trip to Bunnings to buy gumboots is very necessary. They have the cutest gumboots at Chanel, but I probably wouldn't want to get them dirty so may have to stick with plain and boring ones.
Apparently our soil test has now been completed and we are just waiting now to hear when our contract appointment will be. It will be good to finally have a final idea of how much it will cost and whether we have managed to stay within our budget!
